Premessa

Senza poterlo dimostrare formalmente, due miei assunti:

1. democrazia diretta < democrazia partecipativa
2. democrazia partecipativa > democrazia rappresentativa

Sei un grillino!

Il M5S ha commesso, e sta commettendo grossi errori.
Li ho votati, perché pensavo volessero portare avanti la democrazia partecipativa, ma non penso di votarli più perché hanno “sporcato” l'approccio con la “dittatura” di Grillo e Casaleggio.

Il futuro del M5S?

Per cambiare idea, devono effettuare importanti cambiamenti strutturali.
Al suo interno il M5S conta persone molto valide, come Di Maio, ma anche molte altre insufficientemente preparate a livello tecnico e comunicativo.

Fiducia e malizia, prima che competenza

Ora, il voto è un atto di fiducia e io non mi fido di persone che dimostrano malizia, anche se dimostrano un linguaggio forbito e competenze tecniche di eccelso livello.

Esempio...

Spero che i miei figli (maschi o femmine) crescano giusti e virtuosi.

Cercherò di insegnargli ad essere positivi ma al tempo stesso determinati.

Cercherò di insegnargli che la pietà e la fiducia devono sposarsi con la necessità di non essere fregati.

Cercherò di insegnargli che alcune battaglie si possono perdere e che gli errori si possono commettere, ma allo stesso tempo che, qualunque cosa accada, non bisogna smettere di battersi per un mondo più giusto.

Non potrò insegnarglielo solo a parole, dovrò dimostrargli che quando il momento è giunto, loro padre ha avuto il coraggio di addentrarsi nel territorio dell'ingiustizia, dove il bianco a volte può non essere considerato bianco.

Voglio dimostrargli che bisogna combattere per raddrizzare i torti.

Suppose you’ve configured both the development and production environments for your Rails application that uses Postgresql.

The production environment is hosted on a server whose IP is accessible from your development environment.

And that you’ve configured your production environment to perform periodic backups, for example by calling the following script via cron:

Obviously, change XXX and YYY according to your setup.

Also, be sure to add your local ssh pub key to the production ~/.ssh/authorized_keys so that you won’t get asked to...

Fire up your console and create a Postgres user (aka role) named rails:

ಠ_ಠ sudo -u postgres psql
psql (9.3.4)
Type "help" for help.

postgres= CREATE ROLE rails LOGIN
postgres-   CREATEDB
postgres-    VALID UNTIL 'infinity';

Then make sure your Postgres configuration uses the trust authentication.

First, locate the config file. Its path is usually /etc/postgresql/VERSION/main/pg_hba.conf.

Edit it as the superuser:

sudo vim /etc/postgresql/9.3/main/pg_hba.conf

or in a version independent way:

sudo vim /etc/postgresql/$(/etc/postgresql/ | grep -E "[0-9]+\.[0-9]+" | sort | tail -n 1)/main_pg_hba.conf

(I know, this one is a bit messy ^_^‘..)

And then, change the occurrences of peer and md5 to trust, like so:

 Database administrative login by Unix domain socket
local all postgres trust

 TYPE  DATABASE        USER            ADDRESS                 METHOD

 "local" is for Unix

Sometimes, during an interview, you get asked the most difficult question:

What are your three main strengths and weaknesses?

It’s difficult for two reasons:

1. Maybe you can’t fully understand your top strengths, since you could’ve focused on aspects of your behavior that are not that decisive.
2. Maybe you’re not brave enough to admit what your real weaknesses are and you could also end up listing false-weaknesses (such as the infamous “I’m too nice”) just to make a good impression.

So, take a courageous leap and ask that question to someone really close to you, someone that will be sincere enough to guide you to the truth.

Here’s what my girlfriend told me:

Comunicazione dell'attività parlamentare

Al Funzionamento della Camera è necessario affiancare un rafforzamento informativo della comunicazione delle attività di questo singolo gruppo parlamentare.

Usando:

• uno stream informativo in legalese
• uno stream informativo in formato “intelligibile”

con lo scopo di permettere ai cittadini di distinguere chi merita di essere ri-votato e chi invece si è dimostrato un ostruzionista.

Noi, il popolo italiano, sentiamo la necessità di un salvatore, di qualcuno che ci guidi.

Perché?

Perché compiere delle scelte è una responsabilità, richiede ragionamento e il ragionamento richiede studio che a sua volta richiede impegno.

Quindi meglio affidarsi a qualcun altro, qualcuno che si impegni al nostro posto e che funga da capro espiatorio nel caso in cui alcune scelte non dovessero dimostrarsi soddisfacenti.

Questo meccanismo di delega collettiva è un indice del livello di mediocrità che abbiamo raggiunto.

Potremmo essere un paese meraviglioso: nell'arte, nella cultura, nella tecnica.
In una parola sola, potremmo essere un paese bello.
